For any school to be able to ensure that all youngsters thrive there needs to be the right balance between rewards and sanctions, we at Woodlands are no different. Whilst we are not perfect and we will make mistakes, we aim to be fair and consistent and to ensure that our youngsters understand both the positive and negatives of any school systems. We encourage our youngsters to take responsible risks and embrace when things go wrong, they will grow when they learn from mistakes, as we all do.
